Primary Internal Stakeholder Groups

The main internal stakeholders for Neftaly Career development programs and policies fall into the following categories:

Human Capital (HC) Officers & TeamOwners and Implementers. The HC department, led by the Chief Human Capital Officer, is responsible for designing, managing, and executing all career programs, recruitment, training, and retention policies (e.g., managing the Neftaly Human Capital Staff Portal).
Executive Leadership & C-SuiteStrategic Sponsors and Decision-Makers. This includes the CEO (Neftaly Malatjie) and other C-level executives (e.g., Chief Development Officer, Chief Operations Officer). They set the overarching talent strategy, approve budgets for career programs, and ensure the workforce aligns with the company’s long-term vision.
